Background: Although cancer is the disease for which people need palliative care most, number of diseases and conditions requiring has increased will continue to grow. Palliative improves health, reduces unnecessary hospitalization as well overuse health services. There are several barriers access main those related public such as: lack awareness care, on their benefits; cultural social barriers.
